   1129.04 YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   Note see Sections 1151.30 and 1151.31 for wetland and riparian setbacks.
   (a)   The minimum front yard setback shall be 50 feet.
   (b)   The minimum rear yard setback shall be 50 feet.
   (c)   The minimum side yard setback shall be 8 feet.
