   1126.03 LOT REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)   The minimum lot area per dwelling unit along an existing street shall be 38,000 square feet.
   (b)   The minimum lot width at the building setback line shall be 110 feet.
   (c)   The minimum lot frontage shall be 50 feet.
