   1123.04 YARD REQUIREMENTS.
   (a)    The minimum front yard depth shall be 100 feet from the road right of way.
   (b)    The minimum rear yard depth shall be fifty feet.
   (c)    The minimum side yard width shall be twenty-five feet.
      (Ord. 1980-20. Passed 1-28-80.)
