There shall be charged a monthly fee per subscriber for recyclable material collection service, the terms of which are specified in the City's contract. The fee for recycling collection will be assessed for each subscriber monthly, but will be billed to the subscriber quarterly. The payment for the aforementioned service shall be remitted to the City's Contractor.
