941.05 PROHIBITED WASTES.

No person shall deposit or cause to be deposited hazardous waste, asbestos, asbestos containing waste materials or infectious waste into any public or private garbage or rubbish receptacle. (Ord. 1994-48. Passed 6-27-94.)
