905.04 ENFORCEMENT.

In the event the owner does not remove such obstructions in accordance with the provisions of this chapter, then the Director of Public Service is authorized and he shall enforce the provisions of this chapter, and cause all culverts and drainage ditches to be rendered unobstructed.
