Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter shall be fined not more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for a first offense; for a second offense or any succeeding offense after the second offense, not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) or imprisonment not more than thirty days, or both. Each day such violation is committed or permitted to continue shall constitute a separate offense and shall be punishable as such hereunder.
