553.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, and shall be fined not more than seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00), which fine shall be mandatory and shall not be suspended or remitted, and may be imprisoned for a term not to exceed ninety (90) days.
