553.02 UNCUT GROWTH; PUBLIC NUISANCE; ABATEMENT.
   (a)   All uncut growth is hereby declared to be a public nuisance and fire hazard and if the owner of the subject parcel of land fails to abate such nuisance, the City will abate the nuisance by cutting or causing the uncut growth to be cut.
   (b)   Any owner of a parcel of land who fails to cut or cause to be cut the uncut growth on such land shall be charged the costs incurred by the City in cutting or causing the uncut growth to be cut. A lien may be levied against such land to collect such costs.
