509.09 MISUSE OF THE UNIFORM EMERGENCY 911 SYSTEM.

(a) No person shall use, or permit to be used, the number of the 9-1-1 system for non-emergency purposes after having received a verbal warning to cease such non-emergency use from the 9-1-1 operator.

(b) Whoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
