(a) No minor under the age of fourteen years shall be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the City between 9:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
(b) No minor fourteen years of age or older and under the age of sixteen years shall be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the City between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
(c) No minor sixteen years of age or older and under the age of eighteen years shall be upon the streets, sidewalks, parks or other public places in the City between 12:00 midnight and 6:00 a.m. of the following day.
(d) The provisions of subsections (a) through (c) hereof shall not apply to any minor accompanied by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor or when the minor is upon an emergency errand or legitimate business directed by his or her parent, guardian or other adult person having the care and custody of the minor.
(e) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
