352.02 PARKING OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES.
   (a)   For purposes of this chapter, “commercial motor vehicle” shall be as defined in Ohio R.C. 4506.01(E)(1-6), with the exceptions as set forth in Ohio R.C. 4506.12.
   (b)   No person shall park a commercial motor vehicle upon private property, within the City, between the hours of midnight and 6:00 a.m. with the engine in operation, or the refrigeration unit in operation.
   (c)   This section shall not apply to any commercial motor vehicle parked in any industrial zoned district within the City.
   (d)   This section shall apply only to commercial motor vehicleswhich are not parked for delivery purposes for less than fifteen minutes.
   (e)   Whosoever violates this section shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
