351.15 PARKING AUTHORIZED BY CHIEF OF POLICE.

The Chief of Police or his designate is authorized to permit parking in residential areas where the same is prescribed when special events or special conditions deem it proper for him to do so. This permission may be subject to reasonable conditions and controls to be instituted at the discretion of the Chief or his designate.
