305.09 VIOLATIONS SUBJECT TO MISDEMEANOR CLASSIFICATION.

(a) Except as otherwise provided, any person violating the rules and regulations promulgated in connection with this chapter is guilty of a misdemeanor which shall be classified as provided in Section 303.99.

(b) Any person violating Section 305.04(u) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree as is classified under Section 303.99.
