The members of the planning and zoning board shall elect a vice chairman, who shall so serve during the period of his or her term, and such other officers as they deem necessary. The secretary to the planning and zoning board shall be appointed and need not be a member of the planning and zoning board. The planning and zoning board shall keep written records of its proceedings, which shall at all times be open to inspection by the board of trustees. (Ord. 2015-7, 5-7-2015)
