10-4-7: PARKS, SCHOOL SITES AND PUBLIC AREAS:
Whenever required by this title or any other ordinance of the village, parks, school sites and/or other public areas shall be shown on all plans and plats and shall be of such configuration as to be acceptable to the planning and zoning board, village board, and concerned public agency.
