10-3-1: PRELIMINARY MEETING:
   A.   Preliminary Meeting: The subdivider shall meet with the director of community development and other village staff to determine the size and scope of the proposed subdivision and to advise the subdivider of the current development polices of the village. (Ord. 2010-27, 12-2-2010)
   B.   Preliminary Notice: The village will publish a public notice that the planning and zoning board will meet on a date and time certain to hear evidence regarding the proposed project. This notice shall be in accordance with the Illinois state statutes and shall be made no more than thirty (30) days nor less than fifteen (15) days prior to the public hearing before the planning and zoning board.
