The subdivision control regulations of the village shall apply to all subdivisions of land, as defined herein, located within the village and entirely or in part within the unincorporated area within one and one-half (11/2) miles of the corporate limits of the village, in accordance with 65 Illinois Compiled Statutes 5/7-4-1. The subdivision plans and plats, proposed improvements to be installed, and all procedures relating thereto, shall in all respects be in full compliance with the regulations herein. The regulations for design and construction standards for the construction of public improvements shall apply, but are not limited to, planned developments, subdivisions or single zoned lots within the area of jurisdiction.
