AMENDMENT TO SECTION R-202
DEFINITIONS
A. Section R-202 Building Official:
Delete the definition "Building Official" and insert the following: Building Official: The Director of Community Development or other designated authorized individual is the officer charged with the administration and enforcement of this code.
B. Section R-202 Porch:
Insert the following definition:
Porch: A building with a permanent roof, without glazing.
C. Section R-202 Room Addition:
Insert the following definition: Room Addition: A building intended to be used for human habitation, for living, sleeping, cooking, or eating purposes with solid flooring and permanent glazing.
D. Section R-202 Bedroom:
Insert the following definition: Bedroom: A room planned and used for sleeping purposes, separated from other rooms by a door. A bedroom will have windows, closet and is physically separate from other rooms.
