AMENDMENT TO SECTION 202
HIGH-RISE BUILDING
A. Subsection 202 Definitions "High-Rise Building”:
Delete the text in this Subsection in its entirety and insert the following:
HIGH_RISE BUIDING: All buildings having an overall building height to the highest roof level average height, including penthouse roofs, located more than fifty (50) feet above the lowest level of Fire Department vehicle access.
