8-4-2: VILLAGE CENTER FOR NUMBERING:

The intersection of Schaumburg Road and Bartlett Road is designated as "0" for the purpose of numbering properties in the Village. A line shall extend due east, west, north and south from this point. Any street which shall cross any one of the lines shall carry the appropriate prefix before the name. (1994 Code)
