A. That parking shall not be permitted along state highways, the discharge of sanitary sewage into storm sewers shall not be permitted and encroachments along state highways shall not be permitted within the corporate limits of the village of Streamwood.
B. That the president and board of trustees of the village of Streamwood will prohibit future parking at such locations on or immediately adjacent to state highways, prohibit the discharge of sanitary sewage into storm sewers and prohibit encroachments along state highways as may be determined and directed by the state of Illinois to be necessary to ensure the free flow of traffic and safety to the motoring public.
