A. Parking is hereby prohibited on both sides of Bartlett Road from Route 19, six hundred fifty feet (650') north and from Route 19, seven hundred sixty feet (760') to the south. Parking is also prohibited on both sides of Route 19 from Bartlett Road, six hundred thirty feet (630') east and from Bartlett Road, six hundred fifty feet (650') to the west.
B. The discharge of sanitary waste and industrial wastewaters is hereby prohibited into any storm sewers constructed as part of state project T5003-78.
C. All encroachments within the limits of state project T5003-78 are hereby declared to be illegal and ordered to be moved within a period of ninety (90) days. Any new encroachments within said state project are hereby prohibited.
D. No permit or authorization will be given by the Village for the operation, practice or encroachment which will change, impede or interrupt the ordinary flow of vehicular traffic on the completed state project T5003-78 and no permit for driveways within the limits of said project shall be granted without the consent of the county or state.
E. The village shall exercise its franchise rights to cause any private utilities to be relocated at no expense to the county or state. (1994 Code)
