8-1-2-3: PENALTY:

Any person violating any provision of this Section 8-1-2 where no other penalty is provided, shall be fined as set forth in Section 1-4-1 of this Code; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (1994 Code)
