8-1-1-4: PENALTY:
Any person violating any provision of this Section 8-1-1 shall be fined as set forth in Section 1-4-1 of this Code. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues. (Ord. 1998-4, 1-8-1998)
