7-10-8: ENFORCEMENT:

A. The chief of police or his designee shall enforce the regulations contained in this chapter. Nothing in this chapter shall prevent the chief of police or his designee from obtaining voluntary compliance by way of warning, notice, or education.

B. Violations of this chapter shall be prosecuted in the same manner as other misdemeanor/petty offense violations of this code. (Ord. 2010-12, 7-15-2010)
