It shall be the duty of every owner or occupant of a lot of ground, or the agent or other party having control thereof, to remove all Canada thistles, ragweeds, jimpson, burdock, cocklebur or other noxious weeds of like kind. Such weeds are hereby declared to be a nuisance. (1994 Code)
