7-1-5: PENALTY:
Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be fined as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code; and a separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day that said violation is allowed to exist. (Ord. 1998-4, 1-8-1998)
