There is hereby adopted the National Board Inspection Code (NBIC-2017) published by the National Board of Boilers and Pressure Vessel Inspectors (NBBI), (the "Code"), except such portions or sections thereof as are hereinafter expressly deleted, modified or amended. (Ord. 2017-24, 9-21-2017)
