6-4-7: PENALTY:
Unless otherwise provided herein, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code. If any violation be continuing, each day's violation shall be deemed a separate violation. (Ord. 2005-24, 6-2-2005)
