6-2-3: DEFINITIONS:
   A.   Wherever the word "municipality" is used in the fire prevention code, it shall be held to mean the village of Streamwood, Illinois.
   B.   Wherever the term "corporate counsel" is used in the fire prevention code, it shall be held to mean the attorney for the village. (Ord. 2008-4, 2-21-2008; amd. Ord. 2021-18, 10-21-2021)
