5-8-15: CONFIDENTIALITY:

Recorded images made by the automated traffic law enforcement system shall be confidential and shall be made available only to the alleged violator, governmental agencies and the village of Streamwood police department for purposes of adjudicating violations, statistical or other governmental purposes.
