5-3-13: PARKING OF COMMERCIAL VEHICLES IN DESIGNATED AREAS:

It shall be unlawful at any time to park a commercial vehicle in other than the designated parking spaces for said commercial vehicles on any business zoned property which has an approved site plan designating specific parking for commercial vehicles except for the loading and unloading of the vehicle. (1994 Code)
