It shall be unlawful to permit any vehicle to stop, stand or park in any of the following areas under the following restrictions, except when necessary to avoid conflict with other traffic or in compliance with the directions of a policeman or traffic control device:
A. Ridge Circle from Streamwood Boulevard to Sunset Circle from the hours of eight o'clock (8:00) A.M. to nine o'clock (9:00) A.M. and two o'clock (2:00) P.M. to three o'clock (3:00) P.M. on any day that Ridge Circle School is in session.
B. On the south side of Schaumburg Road from the west side of its intersection with Bartlett Road to a point four hundred feet (400') west of that intersection on any day that school is in session. (1994 Code)
C. On that side of the street which contains fire hydrants in any subdivision in which the public improvements have not been accepted from such time as the curbs have been constructed until such time as the last occupancy permit has been issued for all the premises on any one street or until such time as determined by the director of community development, whichever is earlier. D. Kimberly Lane from the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to three o'clock (3:00) P.M. on any day that Streamwood High School is in session.
E. Tanglewood Drive from its intersection with Walnut Drive west to its intersection with Deerfield Drive from the hours of seven o'clock (7:00) A.M. to three o'clock (3:00) P.M. on any day that Streamwood High School is in session.
F. On the west side of Sunnydale Boulevard from the intersection of Meadow and Sunnydale to the intersection of Woodland Heights and Sunnydale, except for authorized school buses.
G. On the east side of Garden Circle in front of Glenbrook:
1. From the school crosswalk south for a distance of forty feet (40').
2. From the school crosswalk north to the entrance to the school parking lot except for authorized school buses.
H. On the west side of Oltendorf and in front of Oakhill School from the driveway entrance to the parking lot north of the school south to the southerly edge of the school building except for authorized school buses. (1994 Code)
