Any person, pursuant to the issuance of a compliance warning ticket or violation notice, who is accused of a violation of certain sections of the Streamwood Municipal Code as hereinafter described in Section 5-2-2 of this Chapter, except a traffic offense for which a court appearance is required pursuant to Illinois Supreme Court Rule 551, may settle and compromise that ticket by paying to the Village a fee of twenty five dollars ($25.00) prior to a scheduled administrative hearing by or if unpaid prior to a scheduled administrative hearing by paying to the Village the sum of fifty dollars ($50.00) subsequent to a final determination of liability and eighty dollars ($80.00) after being sent to a collection agency after a final determination of liability.(1994 Code; amd.
