4-3-18: MEDIAN STRIPS, ACTIVITIES PROHIBITED:
All activities of any kind are hereby prohibited on median strips in boulevards.
Any person who shall violate this Section shall pay a fine as set forth in Section 1-4-1 of this Code, upon conviction thereof. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each and every day that a violation exists. (Ord. 1998-4, 1-8-1998)
