4-2-12: ENFORCEMENT:
The civil and criminal provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by those persons or agencies designated by municipal authority. It shall be a violation of this chapter to interfere with a humane officer in the performance of his duties. (1994 Code; amd. Ord. 2001-45, 10-4-2001)
