The owner of every animal shall be responsible for the removal of any excreta deposited by his animal(s) on public streets, walks, recreation areas or private property. At no time shall any person allow animal excreta to accumulate on any property within the village so as to become a public health nuisance. (1994 Code; amd. Ord. 2001-45, 10-4-2001)
