4-2-8: RIDING HORSES:
It shall be illegal to ride a horse or other animal within the village on any public property other than dedicated street pavements. Any person violating any provision of this section shall be fined as set forth in section 1-4-1 of this code for each offense. (Ord. 1998-7, 1-22-1998; amd. Ord. 2001-45, 10-4-2001)
