4-1-4: RULES AND REGULATIONS:
The chief of police may make or prescribe such rules and regulations for the guidance of the members of the police department as the chief of police deems necessary and proper and such rules and regulations shall be binding on the members of the police department. (Ord. 1999-45, 10-7-1999)
