BE IT ORDAINED
by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Streamwood, Cook County, Illinois as follows:
SECTION ONE:
That Title 1, Chapter 11, Section 1-11-2-2 of the Village Code of the Village of Streamwood, Cook County, Illinois is amended by deleting subsection B in its entirety and in lieu thereof inserting the following:
“B. Village Employees: The annual salaries for all employees of the Village, exclusive of any Village employee whose salary or wages is determined by a collective bargaining agreement, shall be fixed from time-to-time by the Village Manager, within the limits of budgetary constraints as determined by the President and Board of Trustees, and pursuant to the "proposed 2024 pay for performance plan" a copy of which is attached as Exhibit "A" to the ordinance codified herein, and is incorporated herein by reference.”
SECTION TWO:
The remaining provisions of Section 1-11-2-2 shall remain in full force and effect and unamended by this ordinance.
SECTION THREE:
That all ordinances and resolutions or parts thereof in conflict with the provisions of this ordinance are, to the extent of such conflict, expressly repealed; specifically all matrix schedules, as they apply to Exhibit "A" previously approved, are repealed.
SECTION FOUR:
That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after January 1, 2024 and upon its passage, approval and publication in pamphlet form as provided by law.
