AMENDMENT TO SECTION 103
DEPARTMENT OF BUILDING SAFETY
A. Subsection 103.1 Creation of enforcement agency:
Delete this subsection in its entirety and insert the following:
The Community Development Department in all instances of the code is hereby created and the official in charge thereof shall be known as the building official.
B. Subsection 103.2 Appointment:
Delete this subsection in its entirety and insert the following:
The Director of Community Development or other designated authorized individual is the officer charged with the administration and enforcement of this code. (Ord. 2021-18, 10-21-2021)
