Applications for all licenses and permits required by village ordinance shall be made in writing to the village clerk, in the absence of provisions to the contrary, each application shall state the name of the applicant, the permit or license desired, the location to be used, if any, the time covered and the fee to be paid; and each application shall contain such additional information as may be needed for the proper guidance of the village officials in the issuing of the permit or license applied for. Each application for license shall be accompanied by a license fee as required by village ordinance. A separate license shall be secured and a separate license fee paid for each separate site in the village in which the business, occupation or trade of such license applicant is to be conducted. No license shall be issued until the license fee has been paid in full. (1994 Code)
