It shall be the duty of the commission to make recommendations to the village board of trustees on programs to improve human relations in the village, while recognizing, valuing and respecting the diverse cultures in our community, including, but not limited to:
A. Promoting diversity in our schools (winter–spring).
B. Community beautification awards program (spring–summer).
C. Diversity outreach (autumn–winter).
