A. Regular Meetings: Regular meetings of the commission shall be held at the call of the chairman, but not less frequently than once per quarter. (Ord. 2003-21, 5-1-2003)
B. Special Meetings: The chairman or any four (4) commissioners may call special meetings of the commission by the filing of a written notice with the secretary of the commission. This notice shall contain the time and place of the special meeting and a brief statement of the business to be submitted for the consideration of the commission at such special meeting, and no other business shall be considered at such special meeting. Notice of special meetings to commissioners shall be given orally or in writing at least forty eight (48) hours in advance of the meeting. (Ord. 2004-6, 2-19-2004)
