(a) No person shall deface, tear down, steal, obliterate or destroy, in whole or in part, any resolution, ordinance, public statement, measure, order, proclamation or report publicly posted in compliance with the City Charter or state law.
(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
