545.21 REPORTING REPOSSESSIONS.

(a) No person shall repossess any motor vehicle, motorcycle or other vehicle or chattel, incident to a conditional sales agreement, or for any other reason, without notifying the Police Department of his intent to do so.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree.
