541.09 USE OF PESTICIDES; DEFINITIONS.
   For purposes of this chapter, the words and phrases used herein shall have the following meaning:
   (a)   "Home applicator" means any person not licensed by the State under Ohio R.C. 921.06, 921.07, 921.08 or 921.12 who applies or causes pesticides and/or herbicides to be applied to residential lawns by any means.
   (b)   "Pesticide" or "herbicide" means any substance or mixture of substances intended for preventing, destroying, repelling or mitigating any pest or any substance or mixture of substances intended for use as a plant regulator, defoliant or desiccant.
   (c)   "Requesting property owner" means any owner in fee simple of abutting real property who requests notification of pesticide and/or herbicide applications.
   (d)   All other definitions in the Ohio Pesticide Law as set forth in Ohio R.C. Chapter 921 are hereby incorporated herein as if fully rewritten.
