521.19 PERIODIC INSPECTIONS; ABATEMENT ORDERS.
   The County Health Officer, acting as a contractural sanitary authority of the City, the Director of Public Service and the Fire Marshal of the City may make periodic inspections or investigations of properties within the City, at any reasonable time, personally or by their designated representatives, and shall report violations of any of the provisions of this chapter to the Law Department which shall thereupon proceed to order such nuisance abated by issuance of an abatement order directing the owner, occupant, or person in charge of the land within ten days to abate the nuisance, setting forth the nature of the violation, the acts required to be done and the name of the complaining officer. The officers herein named shall have the authority at reasonable hours to make inspections and, as necessary, to obtain a search warrant to allow the investigations.
