509.15 PUBLIC INTOXICATION.

(a) No person shall be found in a state of intoxication in the streets or other public places within the City engaging in loud and offensive language, fighting, quarreling, loitering or engaging in conduct dangerous to himself or others.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
